This phone repair shop came highly recommended to me ChatGBT.
My Galaxy S21 had salt water damage and not worked for 2 years. Needed a spare phone to take on holiday.Took it in for repair and it was fixed within the hour. Charging card/ port replaced. £50.00

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and recently the battery died. I went to Camden Town, knowing there are about 10 repair shops there, and tried them one by one. None of them had the battery in stock; it had to be ordered in, which wasn’t ideal for me. As a last attempt, I tried irepairzone.co.uk, where I spoke to Ami. He immediately said they had the battery in stock—I was speechless! On top of that, he gave me a massive discount, and he, along with his colleague Dip, replaced the battery while I waited. I must say, those gents were absolutely magnificent. My phone works brilliantly now. Thank you, guys!

I was blessed to meet Zac, the technician who was to handle my telephone issue. Zac just made my day. He was very pleasant, funny yet in a very professional manner. He seemed very well informed. He knew the problem with my phone immediately just by listening to my explanation/ experience. He told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. I came back the time he had given me and my phone was ready. The charge for the repair was acceptable, very competitive. I was very happy all in all.

First time coming to this store I had bought a screen protector and they fitted it for me after messing up one because of the air trapped they put another one on.
It had not been on 24hours and the screen protector started to peel off. £14.99 is alot if it don't stay on the mobile.

I sent my phone for repair, I was told £120 to change the screen at first, then the price changed to £150. I agreed because I needed the phone. The quality of the screen was very bad, problems with fingerprint recognistion and the colours were hazzy. 3 weeks later, the screen stopped working completely. I sent it again to be checked and the guy in the shop started to say "there must be a damage, you must have dropped it in water, you must put high pressure, you must overcharged it"...all possible reasons to blame me as customer except to admit there's an obvious problem with faulty repair and quality of new screen. I requested to speak with manager and he mentioned manager is not contactable and I have to take the phone and maybe come back later. Very frustrating experience for repair and poor communication
Addendum: unfortunately, I received a more frustrating reply. You offered to fix the faulty screen in public but per email you ask to charge me again. How can you regain any customer's trust this way ?!

I feel like I’ve been tricked. I have had my iPhone 11 Pro for over 3 years now and NEVER did I have an issue with my screen. I’m dyspraxic, so I knew when I bought the phone, it’ll handle my clumsiness'. I did all the research.
So many times I’ve dropped it and never did it break. Eventually it did give way, it got crushed. I returned to this store because I used it before and trusted them. I purchased a new screen for £85, THINKING the insurance given, will cover accidental damage. You’d think right!!? Wrong.
Within less than a month, my phone fell out of my pocket. “Oh no problem” I thought. It has both a hard case on it AND a protective cover on it, it’ll be fine. It wasn’t fine. It broke both the screen cover and the screen itself. I was so shocked. How can it have broken so easily!? I returned it to the shop and ended up having an Asd meltdown in front of everybody, because I was told “it’s my fault”.
It’s my fault for being born clumsy and having dyslexia, so reading anything is difficult.
It’s my fault for not understanding the insurance policy correctly, AFTER I paid for the service.
It’s my fault for expecting my phone, to continue to be as robust as it was, AFTER the repaired.
I had to walk out, because he wouldn’t understand my position, he threatened to call the police instead, because when I’m having a meltdown, unfortunately I can’t control the tone of my voice. I didn’t do anything other than raise my voice because I was upset.
My friend kindly tried to help and to explain my position of not understanding the insurance claim he gave me.
If you have learning difficulties, dyspraxia, ADHD and dyslexia, don’t go in there.
They don’t communicate the insurance claim correctly and vulnerable people end up getting ripped off.
GET SOMEONE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT FIRST BEFORE YOU AGREE. 👍🏻

They are charming, competent, and provide an unbeatable service. When I took my phone in, they originally said I would need to replace a part, and that my cost would be £55. I left the phone with them for 20 minutes. On returning, I discovered they'd resolved the problem, at a far lower cost to me. I'd give them six stars if I could.
