I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and recently the battery died. I went to Camden Town, knowing there are about 10 repair shops there, and tried them one by one. None of them had the battery in stock; it had to be ordered in, which wasn’t ideal for me. As a last attempt, I tried irepairzone.co.uk, where I spoke to Ami. He immediately said they had the battery in stock—I was speechless! On top of that, he gave me a massive discount, and he, along with his colleague Dip, replaced the battery while I waited. I must say, those gents were absolutely magnificent. My phone works brilliantly now. Thank you, guys!

I was blessed to meet Zac, the technician who was to handle my telephone issue. Zac just made my day. He was very pleasant, funny yet in a very professional manner. He seemed very well informed. He knew the problem with my phone immediately just by listening to my explanation/ experience. He told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. I came back the time he had given me and my phone was ready. The charge for the repair was acceptable, very competitive. I was very happy all in all. Thank you Irepair. 👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽

I sent my phone for repair, I was told £120 to change the screen at first, then the price changed to £150. I agreed because I needed the phone. The quality of the screen was very bad, problems with fingerprint recognistion and the colours were hazzy. 3 weeks later, the screen stopped working completely. I sent it again to be checked and the guy in the shop started to say "there must be a damage, you must have dropped it in water, you must put high pressure, you must overcharged it"...all possible reasons to blame me as customer except to admit there's an obvious problem with faulty repair and quality of new screen. I requested to speak with manager and he mentioned manager is not contactable and I have to take the phone and maybe come back later. Very frustrating experience for repair and poor communication Addendum: unfortunately, I received a more frustrating reply. You offered to fix the faulty screen in public but per email you ask to charge me again. How can you regain any customer's trust this way ?!

I feel like I’ve been tricked. I have had my iPhone 11 Pro for over 3 years now and NEVER did I have an issue with my screen. I’m dyspraxic, so I knew when I bought the phone, it’ll handle my clumsiness'. I did all the research. So many times I’ve dropped it and never did it break. Eventually it did give way, it got crushed. I returned to this store because I used it before and trusted them. I purchased a new screen for £85, THINKING the insurance given, will cover accidental damage. You’d think right!!? Wrong. Within less than a month, my phone fell out of my pocket. “Oh no problem” I thought. It has both a hard case on it AND a protective cover on it, it’ll be fine. It wasn’t fine. It broke both the screen cover and the screen itself. I was so shocked. How can it have broken so easily!? I returned it to the shop and ended up having an Asd meltdown in front of everybody, because I was told “it’s my fault”. It’s my fault for being born clumsy and having dyslexia, so reading anything is difficult. It’s my fault for not understanding the insurance policy correctly, AFTER I paid for the service. It’s my fault for expecting my phone, to continue to be as robust as it was, AFTER the repaired. I had to walk out, because he wouldn’t understand my position, he threatened to call the police instead, because when I’m having a meltdown, unfortunately I can’t control the tone of my voice. I didn’t do anything other than raise my voice because I was upset. My friend kindly tried to help and to explain my position of not understanding the insurance claim he gave me. If you have learning difficulties, dyspraxia, ADHD and dyslexia, don’t go in there. They don’t communicate the insurance claim correctly and vulnerable people end up getting ripped off. GET SOMEONE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT FIRST BEFORE YOU AGREE. 👍🏻

They are charming, competent, and provide an unbeatable service. When I took my phone in, they originally said I would need to replace a part, and that my cost would be £55. I left the phone with them for 20 minutes. On returning, I discovered they'd resolved the problem, at a far lower cost to me. I'd give them six stars if I could.

I recently tried out a new phone cover printer in Zak’s shop and honestly, I didn’t expect it to turn out this good. The results completely surprised me in the best way. The image quality is sharp with amazing detail—you can even see fine textures clearly. Colors are rich and vibrant, not faded or dull, which makes the design really pop.The print looks embedded into the case rather than stuck on, so it feels durable and high-quality. Plus, the case itself is sturdy with clean cutouts and a solid fit. For anyone wanting a custom phone cover that actually looks high-end, this is the way to go.

I recently had my phone repaired at this mobile phone service center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Zak took the time to explain the issue clearly and gave me an honest quote upfront with no hidden charges. The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and my phone now works perfectly – just like new! The quality of the repair is excellent, and they even checked everything thoroughly before handing it back to me. I would highly recommend this mobile phone repair service to anyone needing quick, reliable, and affordable repairs.

If you are looking for a place where you are truly taken care of – this iRepair ZoNe shop is the one. Every time I go in I get great service and super helpful advice, whether it is for a phone, chargers or headphones . They managed to fix my friend's phone, which was literally crushed on pieces and some smelly liquid was coming out of it. I don't think it had a chance of ever working again, but here he is using it today. Zak and The team is always attentive, explains everything in a clear way and helps you choose the best one for your needs. It is definitely a shop I can rely on – I recommend it with both hands!

I am writing to complain about my experience at E-Repair in Queensway. I spoke with Abdullah because I wanted to buy a keyboard, case, and pen for my iPad A16. He told me that the product was not available in the shop but that he could order it for me. Before agreeing, I showed him similar products on Amazon that cost around £20. I asked him why his product was much more expensive. He clearly told me that those cheaper products had very poor quality and would last only a few months. Because of his advice, I trusted him and agreed to buy the product he recommended. I also paid a £40 deposit. The next day, when I collected the item and opened it at home, I found the brand name in the instruction manual. After checking online, I discovered that exactly the same product costs only £18.99 on Amazon. I understand that a physical store may charge more than online sellers, but selling the same product for £79.99 after telling me that products at that price range have no quality is, in my opinion, very misleading and unfair. I would never have agreed to this purchase if I had been given honest information from the beginning. I returned to the store and explained my concerns to Abdullah, but he refused to help and told me that I had already agreed to the price. He also refused to return my £40 deposit. I feel that I was not treated honestly as a customer, and I respectfully ask you to review this situation and refund my deposit. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and without the need for further action.

Avoid. I got my iPhone screen repaired at this shop and paid £85 but just one day after, the screen protector I bought from them as part of the package snapped off on its own. They refused to take any responsibility, replace or do any form of compensation. They use extremely cheap and poor quality material and charge above the market prices. Don’t be fooled by the sweet talk of the guy working their “Abdul”. Unfortunately, I ignored some red flags when I was there, two ladies came shouting and had intense arguments with him and threatened to report him to the police. Also, I required a lot of haggling to reach £85 with him down from £120 which is another red flag. Sadly, I was fooled by the 5 star ratings and his sweet talking and promise of top quality material and didn’t take these 🚩 seriously. I later realised many if these ratings maybe rather not genuine.

Alot of virus came into my Samsung phone , I don't know how. I came to iRepair Zone I told them that I am not able to use this phone due ad's / virus and want to buy new phone. The guy patiently listen to me and advised me that he can help to resolve my phone issue rather than to spend alot of money on new phone. Firstly I didn't believe that they can but after 30 min I came back & really surprised that my phone has been fixed. Thanks iRepair Zone to be honest guidance and for saving my alot of money. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to repair there Samsung , iPhone, macbook they repair everything. Trust me they are the best. Highly recommended.

The guy who runs this place is super knowledgeable, also really fast with repairs. He’s a proper geek in the best possible sense. He’ll always offer the best option for you and not the most expensive before after giving you all the options. This is best phone repair and tech place going in south east London. They’ve repaired loads of phones for me and mates since I found them. Kudos to bossman.

I have visited the store yesterday to fix my two mobiles one with a broken screen and one with the charging issue. The guy over there was so much professional and advise me all the possible ways and give knowledge about all types of screen with patience and proper time. After all conversation I happily agree on change my screen with a premium one. On other mobile he just charge a very reasonable price to service my charging port. This place is highly recommended and I very happy and satisfied with the services. Thank you so much.
