If you are looking for a place where you are truly taken care of – this iRepair ZoNe shop is the one. Every time I go in I get great service and super helpful advice, whether it is for a phone, chargers or headphones . They managed to fix my friend's phone, which was literally crushed on pieces and some smelly liquid was coming out of it. I don't think it had a chance of ever working again, but here he is using it today. Zak and The team is always attentive, explains everything in a clear way and helps you choose the best one for your needs. It is definitely a shop I can rely on – I recommend it with both hands!

I am writing to complain about my experience at E-Repair in Queensway.
I spoke with Abdullah because I wanted to buy a keyboard, case, and pen for my iPad A16. He told me that the product was not available in the shop but that he could order it for me.
Before agreeing, I showed him similar products on Amazon that cost around £20. I asked him why his product was much more expensive. He clearly told me that those cheaper products had very poor quality and would last only a few months. Because of his advice, I trusted him and agreed to buy the product he recommended. I also paid a £40 deposit.
The next day, when I collected the item and opened it at home, I found the brand name in the instruction manual. After checking online, I discovered that exactly the same product costs only £18.99 on Amazon.
I understand that a physical store may charge more than online sellers, but selling the same product for £79.99 after telling me that products at that price range have no quality is, in my opinion, very misleading and unfair. I would never have agreed to this purchase if I had been given honest information from the beginning.
I returned to the store and explained my concerns to Abdullah, but he refused to help and told me that I had already agreed to the price. He also refused to return my £40 deposit.
I feel that I was not treated honestly as a customer, and I respectfully ask you to review this situation and refund my deposit. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and without the need for further action.

Very helpfull! We had a charging problem with our camera and thought it was the cable. The owner didn't just sell us the necessary cable. He tried to determine if the problem was actually the cable or if it could also be the battery. It wasn't the cable, and we were glad we hadn't wasted money on it. A shop that has earned our trust! Apple Store refused to replace my iPhone battery, saying it couldn’t be done. I then visited iRepair, and Abdul was confident from the start and reassured me immediately. He replaced the battery in no time with complete professionalism.

Avoid. I got my iPhone screen repaired at this shop and paid £85 but just one day after, the screen protector I bought from them as part of the package snapped off on its own. They refused to take any responsibility or do any form of compensation. They use extremely cheap and poor quality material and charge above the market prices.

Don’t be fooled by the sweet talk of the guy working their “Abdul”. I ignored some red flags when I was there, two ladies came shouting and had intense arguments with him and also you I required a lot of haggling to reach £85 with him down from £120. Sadly, I was fooled by the 5 star ratings and his sweet talking and didn’t take these 🚩 seriously

Alot of virus came into my Samsung phone , I don't know how. I came to iRepair Zone I told them that I am not able to use this phone due ad's / virus and want to buy new phone. The guy who runs this place is super knowledgeable, also really fast with repairs. He’s a proper geek in the best possible sense. He’ll always offer the best option for you and not the most expensive before after giving you all the options.

I have visited the store yesterday to fix my two mobiles one with a broken screen and one with the charging issue. The guy over there was so much professional and advise me all the possible ways and give knowledge about all types of screen with patience and proper time.
